Hefley Construction was hired by a local investment group to build six custom townhomes in the Museum District. All of the homes were equipped with the bells and whistles expected of new construction in the inner loop market. Among the standout features were the detailed brick work, the custom tile and cabinetry, and the hand-scraped wood floors. The biggest challenges presented by this project were the time and budget constraints, but Hefley Construction exceeded all expectations.
